Date Calculator Online for Everyday Date Planning
This free date calculator online helps you work with calendar dates without doing manual date arithmetic. Choose a starting date, then add or subtract days, weeks, months, or years to find the exact target date. It can be useful for deadlines, appointments, project schedules, travel planning, subscription dates, study plans, and other everyday date calculations.
If you are looking for an add days to date calculator, subtract days from date tool, or a simple way to add weeks and months to a calendar date, the calculator above keeps the process in one place. The result also shows the weekday and an approximate count of working days.
Add or Subtract Days, Weeks, Months, or Years
For a quick future-date calculation, enter the starting date and choose Add Time. For a past-date calculation, choose Subtract Time. You can enter years, months, weeks, and days together. Weeks are converted to seven calendar days, while months and years follow calendar rules rather than treating every month as a fixed number of days.
For example, adding 4 weeks to September 29, 2026 gives October 27, 2026. Adding 30 days is a different calculation because a month is not always 30 days. This distinction is useful when checking deadlines or planning dates across different months.
Working Days and Business-Day Planning
The working days result is an estimate based on Monday through Friday and excludes Saturdays and Sundays. It does not automatically remove public holidays, bank holidays, company holidays, school holidays, or regional non-working days. If an exact business-day deadline is important, verify the result against the holiday calendar that applies to your location.
This makes the tool useful as a quick working days calculator for basic planning, while keeping the limitation clear for UK, US, India, or other regional schedules.

Calendar Date Rules and Month-End Dates
Calendar months have different lengths, so adding one month is not the same as adding 30 days. This calculator uses a calendar-aware rule for month-end dates: when the target month does not contain the original day number, the result is adjusted to the last valid day of that month. The same principle is applied when adding years to a leap-day date.
This approach is useful for recurring monthly planning, contract dates, reminders, and other calculations where calendar months matter.
US and UK Date Planning
The calculator uses the browser's date input control and displays the result with the month written in words, which helps reduce ambiguity between US and UK numeric date formats. For important legal, financial, travel, or business deadlines, always confirm the final date against the official document or calendar for your region.
